New Assassin’s Creed Shadows Update Improves Parkour and Fixes Many Issues
This major update includes new content such as Corrupted Castles, Advanced Parkour, new weapons, and hundreds of fixes for performance, graphical output, in-mission bugs, and overall quality improvements. The patch size will be approximately 3.5 GB on PlayStation 5 and 10 GB on Xbox Series X/S.
The new Corrupted Castles content allows you to re-experience previously conquered castles as corrupted versions filled with corrupted samurai. On the other hand, the Advanced Parkour option provides complete freedom of movement by removing side limitations and jump movements, ledge grabbing, and bringing back the Directional Catch Ledge ability. Performance, stability, and player progression have also been improved to make the feudal Japan gaming experience smoother.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, GeForce Now, and Amazon Luna, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version to be released later this year.
