Persona 5 series sales exceed 13 million units
SEGA has released its 2025 report, stating that the Persona 5 series has achieved global sales of 13 million units to date. This statistic includes the total sales of various versions of the series, including Persona 5, Persona 5 Royal, Persona 5 Dancing in Starlight, Persona 5 Strikers, and Persona 5 Tactica.
In addition, Persona 3 Reload has achieved 2.07 million sales before the release of the Nintendo Switch 2-specific version. Currently, Persona 3 Reload is available on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam.
Furthermore, a new update for Persona 3 Reload has added eight music tracks from Persona 3 FES, recorded with the original singer of the classic version, Yumi Kawamura. Atlus has announced that the game will receive several more updates in the future to improve its performance on Nintendo Switch 2. However, according to Senior Producer Yoshihiro Komori, there are currently no plans to add a 60 frames per second mode.
Also, a demo version of Persona 3 Reload is now available on Nintendo Switch 2. In this demo, players can experience the initial part of the game up to the first main boss, and the saved data will transfer to the full version of the game.
Persona 5 Royal is also currently available to players on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam.
